We are seeking to add a Customer Services Representative / Payroll clerk and Accounting Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.


Experience/Skills


 Prior computer experience/computer savvy required
 Data Entry experience/ Payroll
 Prior experience handling secure documents or other personal information is helpful
 Prior HR experience is helpful
 UltiPro system experience is a plus, not required
 Ability to accurately title/name documents in new system
 Ability to think, analyze, identify


Responsibilities:


    Enter variety of data using current technology
    Prepare and sort documents for data entry
    Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
    Review and enter data updates in the systems
    Review discrepancies in data received
    Advise supervisor of issues related to data

Qualifications:


    Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
    Excellent typing skills
    Strong organizational skills
