Zoomforth's design software helps customers gather and arrange content into beautiful web pages online. It's like Squarespace but specifically for professional communications.


We work with some of the world's top professional services companies and agencies, and we're looking for someone to help us manage priorities and processes as we scale.


We're a remote company (with an office in SF), with about 20 talented, kind and committed individuals working across the country and world.


We're quickly gaining traction supporting companies as they adapt their communications to a digital world. And after five years, we're now profitable, and have a huge opportunity to be a go-to solution for web-native communications in the modern enterprise. Our opportunity to scale, however, will be either advanced or constrained by how we optimize the time of our current team, prioritize, and improve our processes to meet customer demand.


You'll be working across the entire company, but primarily with our CEO. This means that some decisions that have historically been made by the CEO will be yours to make. It's a tremendous opportunity for anyone who wants to learn & grow, and has the opportunity to transition into a COO role.


RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be doing something different every week. Your job is to determine the most important operational barriers to growth and solve for it in any given week or month. You’ll do some measure of all of the areas below:


Operations
- Design and run a hiring pipeline
- Develop communications systems and practices to strengthen a remote culture and keep the team engaged
- Support the CEO in administrative tasks and scheduling
- Help design, organize, and manage bi-annual team retreats


Project Management
- Coordinate with our design team and manage client design requests to ensure design projects are swiftly completed.


Business Development
- Lead outreach to prospective partners to begin developing a network of parter companies.


Data and Reporting
- Manage reporting across sales, customer success, and product. For example, you'll determine the most efficient way to consistently surface sales metrics to the team, ensuring that we remain focused and that we learn from our data. 


Other Sample Projects
- Research GDPR requirements & develop strategy for compliance
- Support the bringing together of a global advisory board
