Who we are
QuickMail is a sales automation tool for sending B2B cold emails. Small and medium businesses use it to reach out to potential customers in their market and grow their business.

We hit product market fit very fast and are growing quickly. We need help from enthusiastic people who want to be part of this journey.

We are a 100% customer funded start-up, so decisions are made fast between the team for the good of the customers.

The work
We work remotely and cover US hours. We are metrics and result driven, we are more focus on achievement than business or being busy.

This is a full-time position.

Your primary responsibilities will be to make sure user problems are resolved and ensuring the help documentation is up to date.

You have great critical reasoning skills, while acting fast in a self-reliable manner.

You are tech savvy with a good internet connection.

You have empathy for users experiencing problems.

You relish challenges and are persistent.

Excellent writing (email & live chat).

Previous experience working remotely is highly valued.

Must have at least 2 years in customer support role and in case I ask for it, the magic word to show me you read this page is banana.

You will…
Get to grow the customer success and support department.

Work directly with the founder who understands the importance of delighting users.

Work remotely from anywhere in the world. No need to commute to work (you just need a good and stable internet connection at all time).
