We're a music tech startup based in Melbourne. Our app, DISCO, helps people and companies who work with music manage their music assets and workflow.
We're looking for someone to join us in a support and customer success role.
The role will primarily involve providing technical support to our customers and assisting them with getting set up on the platform and managing their assets. It will also involve some administrative tasks and working with the sales, product and development teams to grow the product and our customer base.
There's lots of opportunities to learn and do new things in a supportive environment.
We're looking for someone part time initially. For the right person, this could quickly grow into a long term, full time position as we grow.
While we don't necessarily need you to have experience in a start up environment, we are looking for someone technically adept who learns quickly, communicates clearly and is keen to pursue a career in software.
We work in a distributed team, headquartered in Melbourne. You would need to have at least 3-4 hours crossover with Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours.
